The old Exchange Buildings a former workhouse and council building, went under the hammer in December 2014 with Albion Workplace Solutions attaining the much sought after building.

The building was owned by Rhondda Cynon Taf council, having originally been built as a workhouse, the property was previously used as offices by RCT council – and most recently for storage.

Albion Workplace Solutions has ambitious plans to provide versatile office accommodation for both small start ups and established businesses with the latest office technology whilst also benefiting from the very best in office design layout to ensure that business efficiencies are maximised and that employees work within a relaxed modern work environment.

Building works are to commence in early 2015 with the office accommodation available towards the end of 2015.
