Albion were appointed by one of our long-standing customers to refurbish their main office building — transforming a traditional, wood-finish workspace into a clean, modern, open-plan environment.
We worked closely with our client from initial concept design through to project completion, helping bring ideas to life using CGI walkthroughs and visualisations before delivering the finished space on site.
Works included:
✔️ Full strip-out of existing offices, including mechanical & electrical services
✔️ Installation of new suspended ceilings and LED lighting
✔️ New air conditioning, sprinkler and electrical systems
✔️ Construction of new management offices and meeting rooms
✔️ Installation of a 25m fire wall and new fire-rated doors
✔️ New flooring throughout
✔️ Furniture installation for up to 70 staff
✔️ Media walls and meeting pods
