Albion were pleased to deliver a new bespoke training room for a regular client at their warehouse in Neath.

The brief was to create a practical training environment that accurately reflects real on-site conditions. This included the construction of 13 low-level training pens with access doors, designed to replicate the areas trainee engineers regularly encounter in the field.

The works also involved:

A full suspended ceiling installation
New lighting throughout
A jumbo stud wall to separate the training space from the live warehouse
A complex sloping ceiling formed to the underside of an existing staircase
Full taping, jointing and decoration across the entire area

In addition, we upgraded the kitchen and canteen facilities to provide trainees with a clean, modern space for breaks and meals. These works included new vinyl flooring, a new kitchen installation, an over-sink water heater, and full redecoration.

All works were completed within a live warehouse environment and delivered on time and on budget.

A great example of collaborative working and delivering practical, high-quality solutions for our clients.
