To two modern, fully refurbished classrooms — ready for learning at a comprehensive school in Rhydyfelin, delivered on behalf of the local authority.
Over a 6-month period, we transformed the site safely and efficiently in collaboration with the school and our trusted partners.
🔧 Scope of Works Included:
-Stripping out the existing cabins to a bare shell
-Preparing the base and installing a new SUDS basin (thanks to Prestige Homes & Chris Cousins)
-Craning the units into place and jointing them together
-Full roof strip and replacement (thanks to J Randall Roofing Contractors)
-New aluminium entrance and fire exit doors
-Complete internal refurbishment: suspended ceilings, partitions, doorsets, decoration & flooring
-Full electrical installation including data & fire alarm systems
-Bespoke access ramps and perimeter fencing
-External decoration throughout
