Works included:
- Demolition works
- New suspended ceilings throughout
- Creation of sleep rooms with sound rating and observation rooms with 1 way glass
- Low level partitions capped with timber tops for separation of areas
- New Forbo vinyl flooring to corridors and Burmatex carpets to office areas
- Decoration of all areas including feature walls
- New double door sets with glazed side panels
- Installation of air conditioning units
- New Kitchen area
- New mechanical and electrical installation
- New roller blinds
The works were carried out over the summer shutdown and works are now complete ready for staff to return in September.
