Rhys James, senior director and head of DTZ’s Cardiff office, said that while sentiment in the industrial sector was still cautious, there were “clear signs of improvement.”
Last week DTZ presented its 2015 Outlook seminar for the property market at the St David’s Hotel & Spa in Cardiff Bay. The audience was told that the Cardiff office market experienced an “exceptional” 82% rise in take-up last year in comparison to 2013.
Of the 542,000 sq ft let, some 49% was in the centre of Cardiff.
