It’s been another busy summer at Albion we have completed several school sites.

Albion recently won the tender to refurbish the 2nd and 3rd floors of the University of South Wales H Block, this meant that Albion have refurbished the whole building having refurbished the Ground and 1st floors over the past 3 years Works were carried out over a 15 week programme while the site was still active.

Albion were employed by Cooke and Arkwright to carry out a strip out and dilapidation works to a unit in Merthyr.

Albion were employed by a well established customer to create a new Growth Hub space at their premise to help encourage new start up companies in the area.

Dare Community Sport Hall Refurbishment

Albion were employed by the RCT County Council to refurbish their main office in Tonypandy.

Albion were employed by the local authority to complete the internal fit out of a new nursery building at Gwauncelyn Primary School in Tonteg.

Second Summer Handover – Llantrisant Primary School

Albion were employed by Cooke & Arkwright on behalf of their client to carry out dilapidation works and install the groundworks to install new portal frame buildings to allow more storage for the tenant.

Albion were employed to install a 2^nd Mezzanine floor for Gower View Foods in Llanelli to further help them increase the storage capacity in their warehouse.

A Different Kind of Summer Project for Albion

Albion won the tender to carry out Phase 1 of the University of South Wales redevelopment of their Newport Campus.

Albion have recently completed a Female toilet refurbishment for a long standing customer at their premise in South Wales to add to the male refurbishment we carried out earlier in the year.

Quick Turnaround at Trealaw Primary School

Albion won the tender to install a 9 bay demountable classroom at Cardinal Newman Comprehensive School for the local authority.

Albion won the tender to carry out decoration and building works to YGG Llwyncelyn school for the RCT Council.

Great to handover our largest project of the summer period at Treorchy Comprehensive School, delivered on behalf of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.

Albion won the tender to carry out classroom refurbishments and Library refurbishment to the Universities Glyntaff Campus.

Project Completion | Training Facility – Neath

Our latest completed project for the local authority.

Albion were employed by client to install a 80m x 20m mezzanine floor in one of their warehouses.

Albion designed and installed the floor with the client to suit their requirements.

The install was carried out over a 3 week period.

Before Christmas we carried out an exciting project at a film studio in London!

A very different kind of project for us here at Albion — and a million miles from our usual interior refurbishment work.

A project coming to a completion on a primary school canteen fit out in Aberdare.

Customer : Brammer Buck and Hickman

Location : Newport

Albion were employed by the engineering client to create offices, toilets and kitchen/canteen for their new sales office and warehouse in Newport.

The client had recently moved into a new warehouse and needed to make a quarter of the warehouse a usable office space for staff.

We’re pleased to have successfully completed and handed over another office refurbishment project for the Local Authority, this time in Abercynon.

Albion were employed by a new customer to install a new office area into they new warehouse. The fit out was completed just before Christmas

Albion was employed by RCT Council to refurbish the existing ground floor level at Porth Plaza and turn it into a modern library that included offices for meetings, disabled access changing facilities, computer suite and toilets.

From five second-hand, disused demountable cabins left untouched for over 3 years…

Albion carried out a recent refurbishment of a library silent study area with individual study rooms.

Albion were employed by RCT Council to refurbish a 4 floor storey office block, to house 280 council staff that were moving to accommodate a new restructure.

Albion working alongside our sub contractors Advanced Electrical and Mechanical carried out a full electrical fit out including new lighting, power and data to each floor and a full mechanical fit out that included all new sanitary ware, 4 sets of Male, Female, disabled toilets and new kitchens to each floor and new air conditioning units.

We’re proud to have completed and handed over our latest project for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council at Penderyn Community Centre.

Albion were employed by a new customer to replace their existing Bakery production suspended ceiling with a new updated suspended ceilings.

Albion recently undertook the above project for the building owner to turn the empty existing 4th floor of the building into 15 modern serviced offices for local businesses.

Project Handed Over

We’re proud to have successfully delivered another major project this month — a full building refurbishment at Cynon Valley PSSO offices for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council

Albion were employed by the local authority to create Two Anti Bullying Toilet areas the last couple of months in two separate comprehensive schools

Albion were employed by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Council to refurbish a disused nursery in Llantrisant into a new office area for the Staying Well at Work Department which is aimed at supporting local businesses.
The Staying Well@Work programme aims to support the health and well being of staff within small and medium sized businesses in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Great to handover another site today in Aberdare for the local authority.

Albion were employed to site manage to install a new roof and curtain walking to a school for the Local Authority.

Albion over the past 6 months have been employed by Hydro to bring their new plant and offices at Bedwas up to date with refurbishments of their reception, creation of a new display area and PPE office, new canteen area and male and female toilets and locker rooms.

We have just completed and handed over another office refurbishment for the Local Authority in Abercynon.

A project that we recently completed, converting a building for a long term customer from offices to teaching areas that include kitchen tea points and new toilet and a new artificial grass area to the rear of the building.

Wallcolmonoy - Toilet Refurbishment Albion Workplace Solutions has completed a full toilet refurbishment for an injection moulding American company Wallcolmonoy in Pontardawe, Swansea.

The existing toilets and changing rooms were looking tired and the company wanted to provide better facilities for their staff.

We are now fully into the Summer Madness period but it was nice to get 2 small refurbishment jobs complete for 2 new customers before the busy period started.

One of our most recently completed projects for the Local Authority to transform an old library into teaching spaces.

The Maltings refurbishments

Earlier in the year we reported on the refurbishments being undertaken at The Maltings in Cardiff. We are delighted to show further photos of the work after completion.

Set within an iconic Grade II listed building, the Maltings is home to a community of local businesses and individuals providing each with a tailor-made solution for their office needs.

Great to hand over Phase 1 of our Taff Street, Pontypridd Project this week in preparation for the Eisteddfod being held at Pontypridd Park at the start of August.

Albion were employed by the local authority to refurbish and decorate an important social building in the heart of the valleys.

Albion have undertaken and completed an office refurbishment of SPC’s headquarters in Westbury after carrying out works at their South Wales branch.

The clients existing offices were tired and dated and they employed Albion to carry out a full refurbishment to bring the offices up to date and make them more functional and use friendly for their staff.

Great to get a project completed and handed over before Christmas for the Local Authority.

Albion were tasked by our client to transform a dilapidated industrial unit on their site that was used for tyre storage into a welcoming area for their drivers to use after long trips.
