Albion were employed by the local authority to complete the internal fit out of a new nursery building at Gwauncelyn Primary School in Tonteg.
RCT Council - Nantgwyn Comprehensive
Albion won the tender to carry out refurbishment works to Nantwgyn Comprehensive School for RCT Council.
Mountain Ash Ex Serviceman’s Club
Albion were employed by the local authority to refurbish and decorate an important social building in the heart of the valleys.
Gower View Foods Mezzanine Floor
Albion were employed to install a 2nd Mezzanine floor for Gower View Foods in Llanelli to further help them increase the storage capacity in their warehouse.
RCT Council - YGG Llwyncelyn
Albion won the tender to carry out decoration and building works to YGG Llwyncelyn school for the RCT Council.
Albion New Vehicles
Albion have added 2 new vans to their current fleet of vans that cover South Wales and the West due to the increase in business.
VK Direct Refurbishment
Albion have recently carried out a refurbishment of a long standing customer, VK Direct, new premise.
University of South Wales – Glyntaff Campus
Albion won the tender to carry out classroom refurbishments and Library refurbishment to the Universities Glyntaff Campus.
TDW Drivers Area
Albion were tasked by our client to transform a dilapidated industrial unit on their site that was used for tyre storage into a welcoming area for their drivers to use after long trips.
Albion stripped out all the existing services and installed the following:
Alaw Primary School – New External Glazed Walkway
Albion won the tender in the summer to replace the schools old external walkway, that they had issue with leaks and being too hot over the summer and freezing cold during the winter. Albion have installed with a new aluminium glazed walkway with a new Britmet roof.
RECENT MALE TOILET REFURBISHMENT FOR A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER
Albion have recently completed a male toilet refurbishment for a long standing customer at their premise in South Wales.
University of South Wales – H Block Refurbishment
Albion recently won the tender to refurbish the 2nd and 3rd floors of the University of South Wales H Block, this meant that Albion have refurbished the whole building having refurbished the Ground and 1st floors over the past 3 years Works were carried out over a 15 week programme while the site was still active.
Female and Male Toilet Refurbishment
Albion have recently completed a Female toilet refurbishment for a long standing customer at their premise in South Wales to add to the male refurbishment we carried out earlier in the year.

Office and Breakout Area Refurbishment – Forest of Dean
Albion were employed by a well established customer to create a new Growth Hub space at their premise to help encourage new start up companies in the area.
Continental Teves – Steel Partitioning
Albion were employed by our long standing customer to install our double skin steel partitioning system with door and glazing into their manufacturing area to create a break out area for staff.
Mezzanine floor Install
Albion were employed by client to install a 80m x 20m mezzanine floor in one of their warehouses.
Albion designed and installed the floor with the client to suit their requirements.
The install was carried out over a 3 week period.
RCT Council – Mountain Ash Comprehensive School – Changing Room Refurbishment
Albion were employed by the local authority to refurbish an existing changing room and shower area at Mountain Ash Comprehensive to bring the changing a more modern feel.
University of South Wales B Block
Albion were employed over the summer to carry out a refurbishment of the 1st floor of their Brecon Building at their Treforest campus for a new sleep study.
